More homebuilders join RiverLights
RiverLights has added several new homebuilders with a variety of new home designs to its already impressive lineup. As more and more people start to call this community “home,” RiverLights has honed in even more on the wants and needs of residents. Now, with even more builders, RiverLights is able to accommodate families in all walks of life and create home designs that foster different lifestyles.
Newest to the RiverLights homebuilders list are Laurel Homes and Legacy Homes by Bill Clark, which brings the total to 10 homebuilders that buyers can choose from.

The Amenity Center features 15,000 square feet of shared community space, indoor and outdoor resort-style pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a high-tech fitness center, and rooms for social clubs and activities. Plus, there are appliances for cooking inside and entertaining by the grill outdoors. And, there will be a full-time lifestyle coordinator who will provide residents with a wide range of activities, clubs, entertainment, and more. From book clubs to pottery classes to reading ’round the pool, the opportunities are endless.
Making the most of Marina Village
There are a million reasons to love Marina Village, the community’s thriving central hub. Here, you can shop al local boutique, grab a bite to eat, and get your daily fill of nature — all in one afternoon! Along the edge of Marina Village is the Boardwalk. Situated on the Cape Fear River, this is arguably the best place to watch the sunset in the Wilmington area! Plus, the nearby Day Dock is now open and ready to welcome boaters, kayakers, paddleboarders, and more.
Indeed, Marina Village is the heart of RiverLights and encompasses the balanced and wellness-centric lifestyle that the community boasts. In the past 18 months, RiverLights has opened two restaurants: Smoke on the Water, a traditional American and seafood grill overlooking the water; and Magnolia Social Café, a delightful breakfast and lunch restaurant full of sweet and savory treats. And now, Marina Village is going to drum up even more excitement in the summer and fall of 2018 with even more developments in the mixed-use building space. New additions will include more local restaurants and small local businesses — and that will continue to keep excellent dining and shopping close to home. In fact, RiverLights will be breaking ground on the second Marina Village mixed-use building in May — stay tuned!
