What are the HOA fees and why are there different ones?
Riverlights is made up of a few different neighborhoods within the greater community. The traditional Riverlights HOA is approximately $125/month and includes access to the Lakehouse, Pool, Fitness Center and green spaces, while the resident maintains their own lot. The townhome HOA is $405/month, duplexes HOA is $492/month and includes a few lot-specific additions. Finally, Del Webb is a 55+ active adult neighborhood with a resort-like amenity center and lot maintenance included – the HOA fee is approximately $256/month.
