Where farmers markets meet fishing poles. Sunrise strolls meet sunset sangrias. Warm water meets even warmer welcomes. And where new homes meet a new way to live. Situated on the Cape Fear River in Wilmington just south of historic downtown, it's the perfect place for the young and the young-at-heart.
Stop by and say hi.
Marina Village could just as easily be called our town square. Our community hub. Our meet-your-friends-and-neighbors spot. Grab a coffee or quick lunch at Magnolia Social Café. Sip a glass of wine or craft beer at Southern Shores. Perfect your golf swing at Club Golf. Enjoy happy hour (and prime sunset viewing) at Smoke on the Water. Or start your tour of Riverlights, at our Community Info Center. The best part? That's not all.
(And there's more coming.)
Everyone can find their place at Riverlights—whether that place needs to have room for kids or one level for ease. A location near Marina Village, or a view of the lake. In other words, you have choices, including stylish townhomes. Charming two-stories. Low-maintenance 55+ homes. And luxurious custom residences.
HERE'S JUST A TASTE.
There was a buzz in the air... Riverlights officially welcomed 500 families to our vibrant community! To celebrate, our residents and area neighbors voted on three nonprofits to receive $500 each. Congratulations to our winners – Paw’s Place, Nourish NC, and Communities in Schools. Then, we invited residents to join us for a socially distanced toast that we captured by drone. Check out the commemorative video!
Water is a big part of Riverlights. Which is why we have easy access to the river and intercoastal waterways. A family-friendly pool. And a 38-acre lake where you can launch a paddleboard, canoe or kayak. If you'd rather stay on land, take the 3-mile lake loop path, or hop on one of the trails that connect the community.TELL ME MORE
