Cape Fear Parade of Homes Showcases 4 Models at Riverlights
The 2022 Parade of Homes is no ordinary Parade. It is the largest Parade of its kind featuring 35+ new homes in the greater Wilmington, NC area full of the extraordinary.
Riverlights will showcase four beautifully designed model homes from some of our top builder partners during the 36th Annual Parade of Homes. This free event is not only an opportunity to pick up on the latest interior design trends, but perhaps you are ready to relocate or find a new place to call home, these two weekends offer you the superb opportunity to learn more about the Riverlights Community. Whether you are a Wilmington resident or a first-time visitor, join us on April 30 – May 1 and May 7-8.
Make the Riverlights Information Center, located in Marina Village your first stop and register to win a beach cruiser bike with a basket full of local goodies. Winner will be announced on Monday, May 9th.

Soak in the springtime sun and spend the day at Riverlights on Saturday, April 30th as we kick off the Parade of Homes and host a local Pop-Up Market featuring 30+ local artists, bakers and more, plus live music by The School Boys beneath the canopy of trees in Live Oak Commons.
