We Won! Riverlights Named 2022 Community of the Year by the North Carolina Home Builders Association
At this year’s North Carolina Home Builders Association STARS Awards Gala, Riverlights was named North Carolina Community of the Year! We are delighted and recognize this is a terrific reflection of so many teams doing their best and sharing a commitment to do it right.
Riverlights was judged for its overall neighborhood design and unique design features. The judges also considered the creativity and implementation of the marketing plan, the effectiveness and continuity of marketing phases, overall quality of presentation and our sales success.
Our submission celebrated the overall vision, the homes, the amenities, the marketing and the success of Riverlights in 2022. That list reflects the leadership of NASH and our Brookfield operations team, and the work of our building teams, our HOA and its management, our marketing team and advertising agency and our resident ambassadors.
Everyone came forth with their own “state of shine,” which was and continues to be our winning strategy and theme. Thank you, ALL!
Speaking of which, our “Riverlights State of Shine” brochure also earned first place in the Best Brochure, Newsletter or Marketing Piece for a Community. With last year’s sales exceeding the goal by a whopping 160%, we know we have a good product. But, it’s always nice to earn extra acknowledgement for how we package it.
Indeed, thanks to all who have had a hand in Riverlights’ success. Last night we shined brightly!
