RiverLights’ spring sales event “NestFest” will be held on Saturday, April 13 from noon to 3 p.m. Highlighting the recently announced Hamp’s Landing neighborhood with envious views of the Cape Fear River, NestFest will feature 17 fully-furnished model homes while offering entertainment and festivities for guests to experience.
During NestFest, Legacy Homes by Bill Clark, Laurel Homes, Pulte and PBC Design + Build will each showcase brand-new, fully furnished model homes for guests to see, including homes in the recently announced exclusive Hamp’s Landing neighborhood. For a limited time only, RiverLights will offer a housewarming gift to buyers who close on one of the 30 featured speculative homes within 45 days of touring. Buyers can choose from a Big Green Egg, Adirondack Chairs or Patio Furniture, valued at $1,200†.
