RiverLights Adds Two New Features to the Ever-Growing Master-Planned Community
WILMINGTON, N.C. – July 22, 2019 – RiverLights – a vibrant, growing master-planned community in Wilmington, North Carolina – has announced its latest exciting additions. Set to open this fall, a second mixed-use building will introduce several new retail tenants to Marina Village – the heart of the RiverLights community – in addition to new upscale residential apartments.
Among the new retail venues are “Girls with Dough,” a pizza parlor that will offer guests a variety of pizzas, Italian entrees, and drink selections in a relaxed and welcoming environment overlooking the Cape Fear River; “Shore Break Bikes,” a full-service bicycle shop, is opening its second area location in RiverLights and will feature a significant selection of bicycle models for sale, and will also provide rental and repair services; “Water + Color Studio,” will bring a dynamic art venue to RiverLights and will feature work by local artists as well as art classes and tutorials available to the public.
Joining the new retail tenants is MV Flats at RiverLights, the second collection of apartments for lease in Marina Village. These apartments will offer both six-month and year-long leasing options for those looking to rent within the community. MV Flats are set to begin pre-leasing in early fall while the retail components are targeting completion by the end of 2019. Those interested in joining the MV Flats apartment waitlist are invited to contact Michelle McDermott with Sweyer Property Management at: mccdermott@sweyerrentals.com.
In addition to the second mixed-use building, RiverLights added another amenity to Marina Village earlier this summer, as the developer completed work at Driftwood Park by adding a fishing, crabbing, and observation pier.
