The aroma of fresh azaleas dances in the breeze as new blooms burst with vibrancy and a warm spring glow melts any trace of winter. Spring has sprung at Riverlights, and we invite you to celebrate the season with us!

• Make your first stop the Riverlights Information Center, where you’ll receive a community overview from one of our friendly reps and a complimentary Riverlights in Bloom tote with a special gift, local snacks to give you a sweet taste of Wilmington, area guides, and a list of our favorite places to shop and dine.
• Next, drop into our Hospitality Lounge to meet and mingle with Riverlights Ambassadors. Hear firsthand why they decided to call Riverlights home and what life is really like in this active community. Southern spirits and sweets will be provided!
• Marina Village will be bustling with 30+ local and regional vendors and tunes from local artists in the park at our spring pop-up market. You may find the ideal souvenir or gift to remind you of your visit!
• Your handy community map will guide you to tour all 11 of our models —including eight single-family homes and three townhomes and duplexes — PLUS all our newly completed and soon-to-be-completed spec homes.
• After touring the community, you can end your day back at Marina Village to relax and chat about the exciting things ahead. Grab a cocktail, mocktail, lunch, or dinner on us* at one of our great eateries in Marina Village! You’ll be among friends and future neighbors after your busy day in Riverlights.
