At Riverlights, we don’t have in-house brokers or agents, and we’re not a central sales office. Our team of Community Specialist are simply helpful resources to support real estate professionals like you, to do what you do best… selling homes. And know that we’re here for you one thousand percent. Ask any of the agents who’ve already helped us sell more than half of the homes in Riverlights!

Why do agents love selling in Riverlights?
What are the HOA fees and why are there different ones?
Riverlights is made up of a few different neighborhoods within the greater community. The traditional Riverlights HOA is approximately $145 per month and includes common area landscaping, streetlights, community parks, lake and fountains, and access to the Lakehouse facility. The duplexes' HOA is $594 per month and includes a few lot-specific additions. Finally, our all-ages low-maintenance neighborhood, The Haven, is $250 per month, right around the corner from a new amenity coming in 2025, and includes lawn care. Our Del Webb 55+ active adult neighborhood is sold out.
Situated on the Cape Fear River in Wilmington just south of historic downtown, Riverlights is the perfect place for the young and the young-at-heart. We'd love to have you visit and discover Riverlights for yourself.
