My husband and I were vacationing in Wilmington, NC at the advice of our neighbors back home in NJ.  As we were going to retire in two years we decided to look at real estate while we were here in Wilmington.  We visited many communities and Riverlights was on our list.  Walking around the area and noticing all the wonderful amenities, we made arrangements to look at the RiverView town home models.  As there were only two models at that time we were not only impressed with the designs but the workmanship was unbelievable with its many extras and top quality features.  We were so impressed that we signed papers that very day.  Dealing with Dave Spetrino and his staff was not only a pleasurable experience but they also made us feel like part of the family at Marina Village.  We cannot say enough about PBC Design + Build and the walkability to Marina Village. You'll have to put these town homes on your list, come out and see for yourself.
