2019 Parade of Homes
Wilmington is an ever-growing city with new development taking place throughout New Hanover and the surrounding counties from an endless array of talented local builders. Each year, for two consecutive weekends, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association hosts the Parade of Homes to showcase the dedicated work of area builders and their latest products. The 33rd annual Parade of Homes will be held on the weekends of April 27th and 28th, as well as May 4th and 5th and will feature 70 of the area’s newest homes. All featured homes tours are self-guided and there is no entry fee for visitors, offering a wonderful opportunity to explore homes all across New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties. The Parade of Homes gives these builders the chance to win awards for their excellence in design and service while allowing them the opportunity to display their product offerings to the public.
RiverLights is happy to participate in its third Parade of Homes and will present several new homes by various builders within the community. Trusst Builder Group, PBC Design + Build, Laurel Homes, and Legacy Homes by Bill Clark will be included in the parade and will present both townhome and single family options. Laurel Homes will feature the Sloop, a two bedroom townhome unit that includes a large deck off of the master bedroom. The Pamlico by Trusst Builder Group displays an incredibly spacious floor plan and large screened porch perfect for warm Carolina nights. Legacy Homes by Bill Clark will showcase the Florence, with its open grand room, kitchen and dining area making it a perfect place to entertain guests. PBC Design + Build will be unveiling Thom’s Creek, the newest model home to be introduced at RiverLights. This floor plan is only one example of the endless custom building and design possibilities available in Hamp’s Landing, the most recent neighborhood to be constructed in RiverLights featuring unique and unmatched views of the Cape Fear River.
