H&H Homes was first formed in Fayetteville, North Carolina, when Ralph and Linda Huff sought to provide quality homes that fit the needs of our nation’s military families serving at Fort Bragg. They wanted to provide top-quality homes at an atypical price point as a way to say thank you to our military families and help them achieve their dream of new home ownership. Today, H&H Homes services more than just military families, and the company is expanding its selection of new homes by joining the RiverLights™ community and becoming a Wilmington homebuilder.
H&H Homes plans to build one- and two-story homes that feature front porches, breezeways, and lanais. The Wilmington homebuilder plans to build on 34 home sites in RiverLights, and each of its homes will be built in either a Southern traditional, Craftsman, or Shingle-style. H&H homes in RiverLights will also be designed and built to be healthy, comfortable and, most importantly, efficient. The company’s homes are, on average, 25 to 30 percent more efficient than typical new homes, saving buyers money on utilities throughout the years.
Customer service is very important to H&H Homes, and the company prides itself on its commitment to its customers and their homebuilding communities. H&H Homes implements an extensive quality-assurance program that begins before construction and continues through an exhaustive inspection to assure every home is built to the highest industry standards.
