Get out and breathe. Imagine the feeling of your heart pumping and letting your imagination wander as you enjoy more than seven miles of walking paths and trails in the RiverLights™ planned coastal community, scheduled to open fall 2016. With over three miles of those paths surrounding the 38-acre lake, you’ll be able to absorb breathtaking views and a wellness-centered lifestyle.
Will be located at the trail head of the Boardwalk at RiverLights, this area will serve as a central gathering point. The recognizable landmark — a beacon signaling the essence and style of the entire community — welcomes visitors to RiverLights.
You will be able to explore the Cape Fear River waterfront community amenities via The Boardwalk at RiverLights. Whether for fitness, fun, or an after-dinner stroll, the community’s boardwalk system provides a feeling of connection and linkage along the riverfront.
Days will be sweeter, thoughts happier, and freedom more tangible in this RiverLights central open space. Surrounded by the river, fun retail, restaurants, and hammocks for respite are planned, Live Oak Commons will be the heart of the community where people of all ages can gather near Marina Village.
Planned to feature a shrimp-boat inspired children’s play structure, Portside Park will be a perfect family gathering spot and ideal afternoon picnic destination, or for just an afternoon to let the kids run and play.
You’ll find the heart of the community here. With 38 acres of freshwater and a glimmering reflection of the pristine Carolina sky, The Lake at RiverLights will serve as a central point for the entire planned coastal community.
Will be located on the western side of The Lake at RiverLights, Boat Builder Park is planned to be both beautiful and practical as it will pay homage to the men and women who craft the vessels that allow us access to our water-based playgrounds.
Yay! Thanks for signing up!
